• To complete and fulfil a booking you’d like to make.

• To let you know of any offers, extras or further services you might like.

We use the information that you have given us in order to ensure your stay at the lodge goes smoothly and is enjoyable but also to ensure you’re kept up to date with information regarding your booking or enquiry.

We may share this information internally, relevant employees only.

• For the performance of a contract with You or our Client
• For the purpose of furthering Butt Lodge legitimate interests including better services and application

Your information is securely stored on our website, booking system and physical documentation held within the lodge.

We keep all personal information for no more than 6 years. We will then dispose your information by deleting it from our digital systems and destroying physical documentation.

You are not required to pay any charge for exercising your rights. If you make a request, we have one month to respond to you.
